BUS2Talk: THE MOBILITY MARKET mit STARTUP INSIDER

Guest: Jan Thomas, CEO of Startup Insider

For some years now the CEO of the Startup Insider has been publishing newsletters and podcasts about the startup scene in German-speaking countries. Now he wants to establish Germany’s largest startup database and along with it an infrastructure for a German startup eco-system that as yet does not exist.

Together with Kerstin Kube-Erkens and Totinia Hörner he talks about the visibility of startups, sensible as well as dubious financing, and the significance of startups in large corporations. In this episode there will be an answer to the question of how large corporations can shed their reservations, particularly in established industries, and what startups can do in return to build trust. What role do trade shows such as BUS2BUS play here? Thomas explains why large corporations can no longer afford to ignore the startup scene, why co-innovations make sense, and which ideas and business models in the mobility sector currently impress him most.

A note for all non German-speaking listeners: this episode is only available in German.
