That is something to build on

For the smooth set-up and dismantling of your stand at BUS2BUS, we have compiled the most important dates, information and contacts for you here - so that everything goes according to plan. This will ensure smooth preparations for your BUS2BUS 2022!

Set-up and dismantling times

23rd – 26th April 2022 | 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
From 3 p.m. onwards decorative stand construction only!

28th April 2022 | 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
29th – 30th April 2022 | 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Set-up and Dismantling

From 1 April 2022: End of access restrictions and most of the corona measures.

Large events and trade shows may also take place again without restrictions. Participants will now be able to attend trade fairs without having to present any proof of testing, recovery or vaccination. Nevertheless Messe Berlin recommends that all participants should wear mouth-nose coverings and observe hygiene measures to protect against infection.

In addition, it should be checked whether the number of people working at the same time during set-up and dismantling can be reduced, so that unnecessary encounter risks can be minimized.

Possibilities for this are:

  • Equalization of time
  • Formation of smaller working groups with clearly defined working areas
  • If possible, "location-fixed" assignment of personnel

All persons must also register in advance via our ticket shop for the set-up and dismantling periods (free of charge).

These allow access to the exhibition grounds during the set-up and dismantling times, but not during the duration of the event. The codes for set-up and dismantling passes are free of charge and can be ordered through the Exhibitor Shop (Services > Tickets and Parking Space > Additional Construction and Dismantling Passes). Exhibitor passes are also valid during set-up and dismantling.

PLEASE note: Access to the exhibition grounds is only possible after prior online registration!
This means that all stand constructors, suppliers and service providers must also order a set-up and dismantling pass and register in advance.

On weekdays the Messe Berlin GmbH “Lunch Box” canteen (Hall 7c, 3rd floor) will offer breakfast from 8.30 a.m. – 10.00 p.m. and lunch from 1.00 p.m. – 2.30 p.m.
