Determining the characteristics of a smart system in the future requires openness and a holistic approach. We spoke with Britta Oehlrich from Hamburger Hochbahn AG. She has been focusing on mobility and public transport for the past 15 years. Together with her team, Oehlrich ensures that innovations like e-scooters, autonomous driving, 5G and AI are integrated into Hamburg's public transit system and used to provide new services. "We want to make mobility a little better every day," she says.
