From April 15–16, 2026, industry players, manufacturers, startups, and policy makers will gather at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds to present innovations and shape the future of bus transportation. Around 140 exhibitors from 25 countries and approximately 4,000 trade visitors are expected.

Please note that on-site accreditation is not available. Since processing may take several days, we recommend registering early.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive your digital press badge via email. This will grant you free admission to BUS2BUS as well as access to the press lounge.

The Press Lounge is available to you throughout the event as a workspace and quiet retreat. It offers workstations with free Wi-Fi, as well as a lounge and café area.

BUS2BUS 2026 will take place from April 15 to 16, 2026, at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

If traveling by car, please use the signposted parking lot P 17 at the Berlin exhibition grounds. Accredited press representatives will receive a free parking pass upon presentation of their accreditation.
