In order to make your preparations as easy as possible, we have provided all of the important information and services online as well as rules for the fair organization for you - so that everything runs according to plan.

The Messe Berlin online shop – Berlin ExpoCenter Online (BECO) – is your platform for ordering all of your products and services required for the successful organization of your trade show presentation.

Ordering in the shop is only possible if you have already received your hall and stand number. You can find it on the order confirmation for your stand space and on your down payment invoice. Please note the order deadlines when placing an order.

In order to be able to submit orders, you can either use your existing username and password or you are required to register. In this case please use your customer number as a username.

Feel free to research the prices of our products and services without registration.

We have reserved a limited number of hotel rooms in centrally located hotels at very attractive rates as well as easy access to the public transportation system. For more information please visit our website.

If you are travelling by public transport, please note that the entrance to the BUS2BUS is best reached via the S-Bahn station "Messe Süd".

This year you have again the opportunity to order ticket vouchers for your customers: Your advantage as main exhibitor: The first 20 redeemed coupon codes are free of charge, a charge of 15 Euros including VAT per coupon code will be applied as of the 21st redeemed voucher code.

The generated day ticket entitles the holder to visit the Trade Show and the Future Forum on any day of the event. Take advantage of this opportunity to invite your business partners and customers to come and visit your stand at BUS2BUS for free.
