Book your stand space and additional services in one portal
The BUS2BUS Exhibitor Portal makes organising your trade show presence even easier and clearer.
The login details from the BUS2BUS stand registration remain the same. What is new is that, after logging in once, you have access to all important topics relating to your booth:
- Stand registration – here you will find your registration, your placement, and, if applicable, you can register co-exhibitors
- Online store for booking additional services – everything related to stand construction, such as electricity/water/internet/cleaning, etc., you also can order voucher for your customers
- Account management and permissions – here you will find your profile data, including for invoicing, and can set up and manage access permissions.

All the Advantages of the new Exhibitor Portal at a Glance!
- Integrated booth registration:You can now register your booth via the new exhibitor portal.
- New ordering function for additional services directly in the portal:All additional services—from furniture to technical services—can be ordered directly in the new exhibitor portal.
- All data is retained:Your previous booth bookings and all data already stored will of course be automatically transferred. Your login details will also remain unchanged – you can log in as usual.
- Authorization of additional users for orders: You can authorize additional people – for example, your booth builder – to place orders directly in the exhibitor portal. In future, all orders will be linked centrally via your exhibitor account – clearly, securely, and conveniently.
- Improved user guidance in a new design: The exhibitor portal has a new, clearly structured look. User guidance has been improved so that you can complete your tasks even faster.
