How does the topic present itself in the bus industry? What is the current status quo, what pilot projects are underway and what are the findings? What are the opportunities and challenges? Where is the journey heading? Experts from business, research and administration in the Berlin-Brandenburg capital region discussed the topic in the talk "Autonomous Driving - Status Quo and Vision.
Digital format on the BUS2BUS plus Online Platform: The Innovative and Customer-Friendly Bus. More Passengers for Public Transport Through Modern Bus Design
Speakers from the Mobility Institute Berlin (mib), traffiQ - Lokale Nahverkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main mbH and Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin - University of Applied Sciences discuss the central question: How do we make traveling by bus a positive experience? How can we design the bus as a means of transport in which everyone feels comfortable?
In a project by mib and traffiQ, customer needs were investigated using many different methods. They have a good overview of what people want the bus of the future to be. The students have already designed concrete concepts for the bus of the future in their projects. The speakers take a look at the needs and possible solutions.
