10 tips for visiting BUS2BUS

1. Is there wi-fi access?

Regardless of where we are, the first question we ask is “what’s the wi-fi password?” So our first answer is that of course there is free wi-fi access at the event. The network ID is BUS2BUS2024. No password is required.

2. Sharing is caring

We welcome you letting others know on social media that you are here. To make this as easy as possible we have prepared a free image template, which you as an exhibitor, speaker or trade visitor can use to communicate your show attendance on social media with the BUS2BUS look. Download our communication kit here. At the Photo Hub (Stand 311) you can also take photographs with our XXL-sized BUS2BUS logo in the background. This is two metres high and ten metres wide overall. We recommend using a wide-angle setting to get everything in the frame.

3. Everything at a glance with the BUS2BUS app

With the BUS2BUS app you will always be up-to-date. It has full details of the event programme, exhibitors, products and a map of the grounds. You can also network with other users, schedule appointments and bookmark your favourite must-see events, which you can retrieve anytime from “My trade fair”. You can download the app free of charge from the App Store or Google Play Store. Your profile is automatically linked with your access to the online platform of BUS2BUS plus.

4. Easier access with BUS2BUS plus

Similar to the app, the online platform of BUS2BUS plus provides a quick overview of the exhibitors at BUS2BUS 2024, their innovative products, and full details of the event programme and all the speakers. Your ticket secures access to the platform. Registration on the portal is free of charge. Create a personalised profile with your favourites and appointments, and make use of the networking features before, during and after BUS2BUS. Register here with your email address: https://plus.bus2bus.berlin/.

5. Visit BUS2BUS by rail and bus

BUS2BUS is taking place in hub27 on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. The best way to reach hub27 is by public transport. It is 850 metres from the S-Bahn station Messe Süd (S9, S3), and only 750 metres from the bus stop (349) on Jafféstrasse. You can also take an e-scooter or e-bike. The docking stations of our partner Jelbi are located directly in front of the entrance to hub27. There is only limited car parking space on the exhibition grounds. Please enter the following on your sat-nav: Jafféstrasse 2, Gate 25, 14055 Berlin. The Jelbi mobility app can be downloaded here: https://www.jelbi.de/jelbi-app/.

6. FAQs

Often during a show one suddenly needs information, such as the phone number of the DRK emergency room on the grounds (+49 (0)30-3038-2222), the timetables of public transport (BVG, S-Bahn), Deutsche Bahn, or information on restaurants, cloakrooms or public conveniences. All this information is available under ’Trade fair info’ in the BUS2BUS app. We have compiled a list of FAQs on our website.

7. Test drives and bus simulators

Touching, feeling or even getting behind the wheel is still the best way to get a proper impression of a bus. We have two bus simulators at the show, one from SiFaT Roadsafety (hub27,Stand 630) and one from Omnibusverband Süd-West (hub27, Stand 631), which all trade visitors are welcome to try out. On the outdoor test circuit in front of hub27 visitors can also take a passenger seat onboard vehicles from ARTHUR BUS, Daimler Buses, Ebusco, MAN Truck & Bus, Omnicar and Tremonia Mobility. The driving school bus offers an even better experience. With the professional assistance of a driving instructor of Gullivers Fahrschule or Verband Innovativer Fahrschulen Deutschland (VIFD) you can even get behind the wheel of a bus yourself on the outdoor display area.

8. Future Night

We look forward to networking with you together at the Future Night, which will take place on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Marshall Haus. Due to huge demand tickets are unfortunately sold out. Those lucky enough to have secured a ticket can enjoy meeting friends and business partners again in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Perhaps there will also be a small musical surprise in store.

9. Room for important meetings

Our exclusive Meeting Hubs provide an ideal peaceful atmosphere for making phone calls, taking a short break, holding one-on-one talks or meetings with up to four people. You can use your BUS2BUS ticket to book a place free of charge in our Meeting Hubs. Find the ideal combination of productivity and peace and quiet at BUS2BUS.

10. Time out in the SOUL BUS

Taking a break is important, especially at a trade fair when there are so many fascinating things to discover like at BUS2BUS. The team of SOUL BUS, owned and run by Katja Schroedter, offers hand massages at the bus, as well as a 20-minute premium massage of your choice. Enjoy the relaxing effect of a foot, back, head or neck massage in the elegant surroundings of the SOUL BUS, and recharge your batteries to get ready for more inspiration.
