Cloakroom / Luggage storage facilities are located at the Entrance.

The exhibitor passes entitle holders to access the exhibition grounds before, during and after the event. Persons who will also be on site during the event therefore do not require an additional set-up and dismantling pass.

The free codes for redemption in the Online Ticketshop are available from March onwards. Please note the number of exhibitor passes already included in your stand registration. This can be found in your confirmation of order. Any additional exhibitor passes required are subject to a charge (EUR 40.00 incl. VAT) and can be ordered in the Exhibitor Shop (Services > Tickets and Parking Space > Exhibitor Passes).

Please consider: The Exhibitor passes are personalized and are not transferable.

Your exhibitor pass must be scanned by our staff on the doors whenever you enter or leave the exhibition grounds.

The Exhibitor Service Center is located at the exhibition grounds. It provides you with the opportunity to order all the services relating to your participation in the trade show at short notice if required.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could place all your orders in good time and in advance at the Exhibitor Shop.

All of our services can be found online in our Exhibitor-Shop. The webshop is your ordering platform for all products and services you will need for your trade show participation: for everything from floral decorations, additional tickets, security and parking places to cleaning, communication and stand equipment.

The networking evening event takes place on April 27, 2022 in "Palais am Funkturm" on the northern exhibition grounds. Look forward to meeting friends and business partners in a relaxed and informal atmosphere! The Future Night is accessible with a separate ticket at a fixed price of 30 euros.

Our tip: Secure your ticket in good time in our ticketshop. Tickets are limited and only available online.

With the lead scanning app, you can capture the data of your trade show visitors with just one click. The data is immediately available online for further processing. After you have collected all the data on your leads at the event, that data can then be used to your advantage in the follow-up.

The app download can be used as often as you like, allowing all employees at your booth to use the Lead Scanning App. The app is available for iOS and Android.

Please note: Use of the lead scanning service is limited to those trade visitors’, who give permission to scan their ticket.

This service can be booked via the Exhibitor Shop (Services > Communication > Lead Scanning App).

BUS2BUS offers you numerous opportunities to let your company stand out from its competitors and achieve the greatest possible advertising impact.

On occasion, legal disputes arise at trade shows, either between exhibitors among themselves or between third parties and the exhibitors.

The brochure is intended to give you a few general indications of how you could forearm yourself, in preparing for a tradeshow, against any emerging legal conflicts, while it also sets out the options available to you if such legal disputes arise in the course of the tradeshow.

To make sure your preparations run smoothly, we recommend:

  • timely submission of stand construction details for official approval / at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the construction period
  • timely submission of your orders in adherence with indicated deadlines
  • adherence to the traffic guide (PDF, 399.3 kB) regarding entering the fairgrounds during the construction period, as well as during the show
