We wish to indicate to our exhibitors that Messe Berlin either produces its catalogs itself or awards exclusive contracts for the production and marketing of such catalogs.

Once exhibitors have been admitted to a fair, their basic entry in the official catalog is assured. Please feel free to contact us at any time should you receive a proposal and have doubts as regards the party submitting such proposal. If you have already signed an agreement with an external offeror in the erroneous assumption that this company is connected in any way to our official index of exhibitors, we urgently recommend that you contact an attorney prior to expiry of the period for revoking and/or voiding such contracts.

On occasion, legal disputes arise at trade shows, either between exhibitors among themselves or between third parties and the exhibitors.
The brochure is intended to give you a few general indications of how you could forearm yourself, in preparing for a tradeshow, against any emerging legal conflicts, while it also sets out the options available to you if such legal disputes arise in the course of the tradeshow.
All of our services can be found online in our webshop – Berlin ExpoCenter online (BECO). The webshop is your ordering platform for all products and services you will need for your trade show participation: for everything from floral decorations, additional tickets, security and parking places to cleaning, communication and stand equipment.
Here we have compiled the most important dates, details and contacts for the smooth assembly and disassembly of your BUS2BUS trade show stand.
To make sure your preparations run smoothly, we recommend:
- timely submission of stand construction details for official approval / at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the construction period
- timely submission of your orders in adherence with indicated deadlines
- adherence to the traffic guide regarding entering the fairgrounds during the construction period, as well as during the show

The Virtual Market Place® is the official online exhibitor and product search engine of BUS2BUS.
It provides detailed online entries with company and product information all year round and helps you prepare for and follow-up on your trade show visit.
Good to know: The Virtual Market Place® can flexibly adapt to different screen sizes and can be used as easily on a tablet or a smartphone.
Invite your business partners and customers for a free trade show visit and to your stand with our ticket vouchers. Your advantage as an exhibitor: The first 20 redeemed coupon codes are free of charge, a charge of 15 Euros including VAT per coupon code will be applied as of the 21st redeemed voucher code.
Construction inspection will be carried out on 18 March 2019 by the technical department. Please note that all construction work on stands should be completed by this date.
- Construction until 3.00 p.m. only decorative residual work without use of machines will be allowed on the own stand space. Please keep the hall aisles free and remove lifting devicesas well as empties inside and outside the stand by 3.00 p.m.
- Decoration until 22.00 hrs only on your own stand.
Protect your exhibits, stand equipment and personal items from theft. On our webshop you can find information about insuring exhibits & stand equipment as well as ordering additional security personnel – see the category “Personnel, Stand Services and Catering”.
The insurance of your stand is not included in the price of stand space.
Independent of the general supervision provided, we recommend that you arrange security for your stand to ensure that it are protected as the hall supervision service does not accept liability for any claims. In this context, please note that valuable objects should be protected, particularly during the setting up and dismantling phases.
Stand security services can be ordered at the webshop. In accordance with Item 2.5 “Surveillance” of our Technical Guidelines stand guards may only be provided by the security company contracted by Messe Berlin.
Cloakroom / Luggage storage facilities are located in Hall 26 Entrance.
Exhibitor passes entitle holders to access the exhibition halls during the opening hours for exhibitors. In order to simplify admittance checks we would appreciate your wearing your exhibitor pass in such a way that it is clearly visible. Your exhibitor pass must be scanned by our staff on the doors whenever you enter or leave the exhibition grounds.
The exhibitor passes can be ordered soon. Please note the number of exhibitor passes already included in your stand registration. This can be found in your confirmation of order. The sum of the free passes must not exceed your allotted amount.
Additional exhibitor passes can be ordered online.
If you like to have a parking spot on site, you have the opportunity to purchase a parking voucher on our webshop.
Please note that the parking vouchers are not valid during setup- and dismantling times but just for the duration of the BUS2BUS.
Pay-parking is also available in the immediate proximity of the BUS2BUS outdoor area. The number of parking spots is limited.
The setup period runs from 16 – 18 March 2019, 7 - 10.00 p.m. daily. On the last assembly day, 18 March, we request that you/your stand builder remove all construction materials and waste from the hall aisles by 3 p.m. The aisles will then be cleaned up and carpeting will be laid down.
The dismantling runs from 22 –23 March 2019, 7 - 10.00 p.m. daily. In the interests of our visitors, we would like to once again point out that disassembly is not allowed to begin before 4 p.m. on 21 March. Violations of this rule (#2, "Stand personnel") will result in a fine being levied upon the exhibitor. Furthermore, we reserve the right to exclude any company which violates this rule from being an exhibitor the following year.
Construction and dismantling passes are valid during the entire construction and dismantling phase from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The construction and dismantling pass will be available electronically this year.
Approx. 3-4 weeks before the start of the event the electronic construction and dismantling passes will be at your disposal. If necessary, please distribute this to construction assistants and forwarding agents.

Please make sure there is somebody available at your booth at exhibition for receive. The fair management can neither accept a delivery nor store it.

Please forward the guide to your stand builders, co-exhibitors and suppliers. Please also note that all vehicle occupants are required to have valid badges in order to enter the Exhibition Grounds. Vehicle occupants without proper identification will be sent to the ticket office to purchase a ticket.

Here are the most important order details:
- Please note the number of exhibitor passes already included in your stand registration. This can be found in your confirmation of order.
- As the main exhibitor, you can order one exhibitor pass including admission to the bdo Congress as part of your allotted amount of complimentary exhibitor passes.
- The sum of the complimentary passes (Exhibitor pass incl. Congress pass + Exhibitor pass) must not exceed your allotted amount. If you have questions regarding your allotment please don´t hesitate to contact us: by email or by phone
